Delivery

Please refer to the following general information regarding delivery. Upon confirmation of your order, we will furnish you with additional details pertaining to the specific item(s) you have purchased.

All orders come with FREE DELIVERY.

No order is valid until the written order confirmation is issued by Maison Twenty8.

LEAD TIME:

We ship orders every business day from Monday to Fridays ( except for Bank Holidays ). 

Our objective is to dispatch and deliver within 2 - 21 working days, depending on the item. Please note that items designated as made to order might have a longer lead time of up to 10 weeks ( for more precise time frames tailored to the item of interest, we encourage you to consult with us directly ).

We will of course make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated, however, we can not guarantee this as it might be affected by unforeseen problems ( such as courier or suppliers issues ).

PLACING AN ORDER:

Order cut off time: 12:00 PM

Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout when you complete your order.

The customer is responsible for verifying all order confirmations and must inform Maison Twenty8 of any changes to the order, or errors in the order confirmation, within 1 working day after receiving the order confirmation, otherwise the order will be effectuated.

The customer is obligated to inform Maison Twenty8 without any delay if changes occur to any relevant company data, such as company name, registration number, contact details, shipping or payment address.

UPON ARRIVAL:

As part of our standard delivery service, we are pleased to offer delivery of your product directly inside your property, with the added convenience of selecting your preferred room for placement.

DAMAGES:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we have procedures in place to address the situation promptly and efficiently.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we kindly request that you notify us immediately ( if possible ) or within 24 hours of receiving the goods. To facilitate prompt assistance, please provide order number, clear photographs/videos, damage description documenting any visible damage along with your notification.

Failure to comply with these requirements means that the right to complain will be forfeited.

Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, resolution options may include replacement or on-site technician repair services.

In instances where repair by a qualified technician is necessary, we will arrange for a technician to visit your address and conduct the required repairs, ensuring minimal inconvenience on your part.

Rest assured, we understand the importance of resolving any issues swiftly and to your satisfaction. Your experience with Maison Twenty8 is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to ensuring a positive outcome.

Maison Twenty8 will then assess each individual complaint.

POST - PURCHASE:

Maison Twenty8 is not responsible for any damage or defect caused by the customer after the item is delivered from the supplier, including damages or defects caused in storage, transportation, display, or handling.
